Tending to the Unseen :

Foundations

3+ sessions, online or in person, to build your capacity for confident decision making. We weave these practices in to all of the above offerings, more or less depending on your personalized needs. This energetic work is supplementary and foundation at once - recommended to expand and anchor our physical work together - and part of how our unique approach and practice have evolved.

Consulting :

Hourly consulting for those seeking quick, personalized advice on organizing.

*Consulting, Tending to the Unseen, and Death Project Manager can all be virtual, although we have had success with virtual sessions for all of the above, depending on the client’s needs and capacity.

For in-person work, we are based in Ypsilanti and Chicago. We also love to travel and can work to make a plan for your needs, budget and location - so don’t hesitate to reach out where ever you are in life and in this journey of shifting your space.

Frequently asked questions

  • We generally recommend a minimum of three sessions, and can provide a more detailed quote for your specific goals and space(s) after a consultation call.

  • Our hourly rate is a sliding scale of $50-80/hr. For more information about how to determine where you land on this sliding scale please see Worts & Cunning’s green bottle model. Personalized quotes are one result of our complimentary consultation, so schedule now if you’re ready to go but not clear on the cost for you and your project. We are happy to design a pace and pricing structure that works for your budget.

We also dedicate monthly time to work with folks who are financially limited on a sliding scale model from $0-30/hr, so please be sure to let us know (no proof/explanation needed) and we can see about making time and finding a price that works for you!

  • We’ve got a wide array of resources in the form of organizations and direct mutual aid networks to rehome items with more life to live. We are happy to do this for you, as an extension of your sessions (charged time) and/or to share more specific ways to donate/give your things to their next life.
We are also connected to artists and creative reuse organizations and folks like us who understand some things that might be ‘trash’ to others are treasures or otherwise valuable reusable materials to many. We work to ensure as little goes to the landfill as possible!

  • We are an inclusive, LGBTQ+ identifying and affirming practice. As neurodivergent ourselves, relating to each unique situation, person, and clarifying expectations and preferences is central to how this work works.
This practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, and we welcome you to share your needs and preferences for accommodation in advance or as things emerge in order to help you feel comfortable with us. Again, developing this knowledge and building trust in small sweet steps is a key component of our approach and way of offering this work.
